Oatmeal cookies
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup raisins
3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 cups old-fashioned oatmeal
1 egg white
1 1/2 cups flour
2 Tbs canola oil
1 tsp baking soda
2 Tbs. vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
Mix ingredients together in order listed. Drop by spoonfuls onto a non-stick cookie sheet. Bake at 375ยบ for 8 to 9 minutes.
